Match 11 Preview: CSK (61%) expected to win against Kings XI Punjab (39%)
The CSK’s after losing their debut match against Mumbai Indians by 9 runs, is all ready to taste their first win-win positioned match. Habitually, Dhoni and his team are slow starters and know splendidly how to fetch their way to pinnacle.
Learning from their past mistakes, the top order batsmen of CSK’s are needed to preserve their wickets for a stretched time. Even though Dhoni has been in his form managing to bag a half century in the first match till a magnificent catch by Keiron Pollard, his players Murali Vijay, Mike Hussey and Suresh Raina have to keep their guards up from losing early wickets. Allrounders, Azhar Mahmood and David Hussey are two other match-winners in the Punjab line-up that otherwise lacks big names.
Mahmood proving to be an asset for Punjab in both bat and ball along with speeders Ryan Harris and Praveen Kumar can smash the top order batsmen with ease. Piyush Chawla and Parvinder Awana tend to maintain their consistency in IPL6.
Punjab is in an up to date form and probabilities look good but it will surely be tested by the former champions, who will look to get their first points of IPL 6.
