Match scorecard)
The Mumbai Indians finally got their batting order right in their previous match, but has it come too late for them?. They face a resurgent Kolkata Knight Riders, who now find themselves in the top four. For Kolkata, the fact that they defeated the mighty Kings XI Punjab in
their previous match has been a big morale booster for them. Even though Kolkata and Mumbai are seemingly far apart in the points table, their win-loss record differs by just one win. The fight for the fourth position in the points table is going to be really fierce, and Kolkata certainly cannot take Mumbai lightly.
Our prediction is that this match is going to be a really close one, with a very slight advantage to Kolkata. The spin attack of Knight Riders might ultimately turn out to be their trump card, which can be a good foil to the swing-happy batsmen of Mumbai Indians. Even with their good batting performance in the past match, Mumbai hasn't found a reliable opening pair, and their strategy of holding back their top batsmen can backfire again. Kolkata has finally found that right batting order for themselves - and perhaps just in time too.
