Star performer : Adam Gilchrist, with a WPA score of 0.533 . He was the key player during the overs which turned the game towards Punjab. He also scored a century.
Titillation index : 1. After Gilchrist’s performance in the first innings, the only thing that one could look forward to was an innings from Gayle. It did not happen, and as indicated by the Win Probability graph, RCB was never in any sort of a decent chase.
